Conclusion & Testing Result
From the usability testing that has been carried out by all participants, there were no difficulties during the test. The new user interface gets good results and feedback for later development. That’s because I took the main problem in the h&m application and provided the right solution to be implemented so that the user experience could be easier. Do not deny, there are still many shortcomings that must be improved for the h&m application to be even better because there must be new opportunities to be developed.
